On Point Custom Homes Intern – Real Estate and Marketing
Duration:
June 2 through July 31, 2025 (total 8 weeks with flexibility for time off)
Must be able to be onsite on the first day and last day of internship.

Position Overview:
On Point Custom Homes, a portfolio company of Leggett Ventures, is seeking a
motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our real estate and marketing
team. This internship provides hands-on experience in luxury custom home
building, real estate development, and marketing strategies in the residential
construction industry.

a focus on real estate, oil & gas, and strategic investments. Founded in
2013, the firm specializes in providing institutional-quality investments to
its investors.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and managing marketing
content for social media platforms and website
·
Support real estate market research and
competitive analysis
·
Help coordinate and attend property showings and
open houses
·
Assist in preparing property listings and
marketing materials
·
Document construction progress through
photography and written updates
·
Support client communication and relationship
management
·
Participate in team meetings and contribute to
marketing strategy discussions
·
Help maintain project management systems and
documentation
Requirements:
·
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Real Estate, Business, or related field
·
Strong written and verbal communication skills
·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social
media platforms
·
Basic understanding of digital marketing
principles
·
Ability to work independently and as part of a
team
·
Strong attention to detail and organizational
skills
·
Interest in luxury real estate and custom home
building
·
Valid driver's license and reliable
transportation
·
Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX for period
of internship
Compensation:
$17/hour
